The Fairlane Village Mall will be under new management.
According to the Republican Herald, a commercial real estate firm that has successfully managed the Laurel Mall, near Hazleton, with increases in full storefronts, will be taking over.
Lexington Realty International, of Lakewood, New Jersey, is a national real estate firm that specializes in purchasing, leasing, developing and managing of commercial real estate, according to the firm’s website.
Lexington will take on the job of management and leasing of the 45-year-old retail center located north of Pottsville, on May 1.
