Fire in Shenandoah...

A family was displaced after a fire in Shenandoah Saturday afternoon.

According to Skook News, emergency personnel were called to 110 East Oak Street, just after 2:00pm, for a working structure fire.

When crews arrived they found heavy flames and smoke coming from the second floor of the home.

Crews had the fire under control in just a little more than a half hour and were able to contain most of the fire to the second floor of the home.

The American Red Cross is helping the family of 2 Adults and 2 Children affected by the fire, which has been ruled accidental.
