The annual Soap Box Derby will be held this Saturday, in Pottsville.
The event will take place on Laurel Boulevard, between Second and Seventh streets, and Pottsville police said that in conjunction with the event, there will be temporary no parking regulations in place beginning at 8 p.m. Friday and continuing until the end of the derby Saturday.
Vehicular traffic will not be allowed on Laurel Boulevard, between Second and Seventh streets, beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday until the end of the event.
The rain date for the annual Soap Box Derby is set for Sunday.
