The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that 22 year old Josiah Ferrebee, of Pine Grove, pleaded guilty on May 9, 2019, before Senior U.S. District Court Judge James M. Munley, to production and attempted production of child pornography, involving a 14 year old Michigan girl.
According to Skook News, the matter was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Pennsylvania State Police.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Judge Munley scheduled sentencing for August 12, 2019.
