The PA State Police at Reading are investigating an escape at ADAPPT, which is classed as residential reentry center, also known as halfway house.
Authorities say 20 year old Kyle David Trivitt was court ordered to be at ADAPPT, located at 206 Madison Ave., Reading, Berks Co.
He reportedly walked out of the facility on Saturday around 10:52pm and never returned. An arrest warrant has been issued for Trivitt.
He is described as a white male, 5’07”, 130 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Trivitt was last seen wearing a Black long sleeve shirt and light or tan pants.
Anyone who has information on his whereabouts should call Police.
