A New Philadelphia man is in custody after threatening his neighbor with an axe.
According to Skook News, State Police at Frackville responded to the report of an assault on Valley Street in New Philadelphia on Monday, around 3:00pm.
Troopers said 31 year old Corey Cromyak was threatening his neighbor with an axe.
Cromyak was taken into custody arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Reiley, and locked up in Schuylkill County prison on $15,000 bail.
