Trespassing charges...




The Ashland Police have charged a man for criminal trespassing after two separate incidents last week. 

According to Skook News, 48 year old Paul Hutnick, of Dillsburg was arrested he attempted to gain entry into his ex-girlfriend’s home in the 1000 block of Centre Street around 9:30am and then fled before police arrived. An hour later, Hutnick went back to the same home and used an aluminum pole to try and gain entry through a patio door into the home but fled again when police were called. 

Hutnick was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale where she set bail at $50,000 cash bail for the first case and $25,000 straight cash bail for the second. 

Hutnick was committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
