Schuylkill County Treasurer Linda L Marchalk is reminding all Schuylkill County residents that 2016 fishing licenses are available for purchase during regular business hours.
Annual licenses are valid from December 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2016, with a price increase of $0.20 per transaction that becomes effective June 1, 2016.
The cost for an annual resident adult license will increase to $22.90. The fee for annual senior licenses will increase to $11.90. The cost for the Trout /Salmon permit is $9.90.
Multi-year licenses and fishing license buttons are also available for purchase.
Residents can also purchase Labor Day 1-Day Resident and Tourist Fishing Licenses for September 5, 2016 only at a cost of $2.90.
