A Mahanoy City man has been charged with illegally dumping gasoline last week.
According to Skook News, Mahanoy City Police charged 63 year old David Kuczynski for illegally dumping gasoline down a storm drain at the intersection of North Main and Railroad Streets in the borough on May 23rd.
Kuczynski will have to respond to the charges at Magisterial District Judge Kilker’s office.
