Flames damaged a former business in Luzerne County.
Authorities say the call came in just before 7 p.m. Tuesday for a fire at the old Club 40 nightclub on Club 40 Road near Hazleton.
Crews said the fire started on the second floor. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
