A man from Luzerne County is facing charges after sexually abusing an 8-year-old boy.
According to officials, 33 year old Jason Pollick, of Hazleton, is facing charges of indecent assault on a child after an investigation that led back several years.
Pollick was arrested Tuesday and arraigned by District Judge Joseph Zola on two counts of indecent assault.
Along with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office, Hazleton police investigated the suspected child abuse case.
Pollick was released on $250,000 unsecured bail.
