A second male was arrested for alleged animal cruelty after he and 17 year old Shatiq Crum, allowed their dogs to maul and kill a cat, a week ago in Shamokin, Northumberland County.
The two men were seen on surveillance footage setting their dogs lose and watching as the dogs killed a neighborhood cat.
Krum was the first to be arrested in connection to the incident, and now 22 year old Timothy Tyrone Tyler was taken into custody by Shamokin Police.
A search warrant was issued which resulted in the removal of the dogs by the PA Humane Society and are currently being held at an undisclosed location.
