Fire destroyed an empty outbuilding along East Mountain Road, in Hegins Township, on Monday.
According to the Republican Herald, firefighters were called to 886 East Mountain Road around 9 a.m. and found the building engulfed.
Hegins Township Assistant Fire Chief Chad Richards said crews from Hegins and surrounding communities responded, and a tanker task force was brought in with additional units from both Schuylkill and Dauphin counties.
Richards said there were no animals inside the building at the time of the fire and that no injuries were reported.
