Mom of caged child found with Meth...

The mother of three children involved in a child neglect case last month, is now facing drug charges after she was found with meth.
According to State Police at Schuylkill Haven, 26 year old Tiffany George, of Cressona, contacted the Schuylkill Haven numerous times saying that there were police officers with cameras and sniper rifles watching her from the woods across the street from her house.
Troopers responded to the residence in North Manheim Twp. and found George acting erratic and hallucinating.
A clear plastic baggie that George removed from her pants pocket and attempted to discard tested positive for methamphetamine.
George is the mother of 3 children involved in a child neglect case last month where a one day old was left in a car seat, a one year old in a play pen and a 22 month old locked in a makeshift cage.
She was taken into custody at the residence.
Charges were filed against George with Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier.
