A Schuylkill Haven man is headed to state prison after admitting Wednesday in Schuylkill County Court that he repeatedly viewed videos depicting child pornography.
According to the Republican Herald, the state attorney general’s office filed charges against 26 year old James F. Goliwas, alleging he had images of the child porn and sent at least one to other people by email between Dec. 20, 2016, and July 28, 2017.
Judge John E. Domalakes ruled he must serve four to 10 years in a state correctional institution and made the sentence consecutive to one Goliwas already is serving.
Domalakes also imposed 25 years of Megan’s Law sanctions, which will become effective when the defendant leaves prison.
