This is the final weekend for the PA Tax Amnesty program and the clock is ticking for those who owe back taxes in the Commonwealth.
Individuals and businesses have until midnight, June 19 to pay delinquent taxes and have all penalties and half the interest waived.
Acting Secretary of Revenue C. Daniel Hassell said those with back taxes can visit backtax.pa.gov or call 844-727-8283 to take advantage of the amnesty program.
The program will not be extended and after June 19, 2017, a five percent penalty will be added to the amount owed.
The call center has extended hours and is available today from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Monday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
