54 year old Robert B. Bailey, of Tamaqua, heads to trial today in Schuylkill County Court after police allege he fatally stabbed of his wife.
According to the Republican Herald, police charged Bailey, with first and third-degree murder, along with several other counts in connection with the death of Diane M. Bailey in November 2017 in Tamaqua.
If convicted of the most serious charge of first-degree murder, Bailey faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison, which in Pennsylvania carries no possibility of parole.
