Police have ruled on the death of 60 year old Gary Marchalk and identified his son as the suspect.
On Monday morning, just after 11:30am, PSP Frackville responded to 21 Pear Street, Barnesville, for a death investigation. The victim was later identified as Marchalk and an arrest warrant for 37 year old Michael Marchalk, was issued.
Michael is charged with criminal homicide, murder of the first, second and third degree, voluntary manslaughter and numerous other offences.
He was last seen operating his parents 2015 Gold Ford Fusion bearing Pennsylvania Registration JWD1566.
