A woman with ties to the area was killed in Pittsburgh.
Authorities say 28 year old Delrico McClinton, an inmate in the Cambria County Prison, confessed to law enforcement that he had killed 25 year old Whitney Maleeca Lyn Boyer, and directed investigators to a home on Maple Street in East Pittsburgh, where troopers found her decomposing body in a basement.
McClinton was charged with homicide, trespassing and theft Wednesday.
