A Lebanon County man was jailed Monday afternoon charged with attempted homicide after shooting another man in the back at a borough home earlier that day.
According to the Republican Herald, 42 year old Joseph Shallcross Webb IV, of Palmyra, was charged by state police at Schuylkill Haven stemming from an incident at 256 S. Tulpehocken St., at 1:10 a.m. when he allegedly shot Albert J. Natale in the back using a 9 mm handgun.
Webb was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi, Tremont, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $100,000 straight cash bail.
