A South Carolina man was charged with multiple criminal violations, over the weekend.
According to Skook News, Mahanoy City police said 32 year old Steven Osborne was found to be under the influence and behind the wheel in a running vehicle near the intersection of East Mahanoy Street and South 1st Street in the borough.
Osborne was also in possession of several loaded weapons, body armor, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
Osborne was taken into custody and charged with a total of 8 criminal offenses.
He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Ferrier, and was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in lieu of $15,000.00 cash bail.
