A Pottsville man is facing drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant Thursday morning.
According to Skook News, members of the Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office, Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police and Pottsville Police, executed a Court-Authorized Search and Seizure Warrant on the residence located at 509 Mahantongo Street, Pottsville.
The residence was the location of 2 opioid overdoses during 2018.
Authorities say 53 year old David Murphy, of Pottsville, was charged and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James K. Reiley, Pottsville.
Murphy was remanded to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $300,000.00 bail.
