A Frackville man was jailed Monday after being arrested by Frackville police for an incident Saturday night during which time he threatened to kill a woman and burn a building down.
Frackville police charged 25 year old Shane M. Kostingo after the victim, Jill Popalis, told police that Kostingo, threatened to kill her and them himself and burn down the home.
Kostingo was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James K. Reiley, Pottsville, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison after he was unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
