Road crews will be very busy this week, in and around Schuylkill County, doing three milling and paving projects, three pothole repair projects and drainage projects.
The milling and paving will be along the Vulcan Hill, Rt 54 between Hometown and Mahanoy City, Hawk Mtn. Road, between Route 895 and the Berks county line and along Gold Mine Road, between Route 325 and the Dauphin County line.
The pothole projects will be along Broad Street/Rt. 209 between Tamaqua and Coaldale, along Route 309 between Hometown and McAdoo and Forest Lane in Reilly Twp., between Branchdale and Forestville.
The drainage projects will be on Route 61, between Frackville and Ashland, along Second Mtn. Rd. between Orwigsburg and Route 61.
Lane restrictions will be in place and drivers are urged to use caution.
