According to Police, a 66 year old man was walking on West Norwegian Street in the 400 block just after 1:00am on June 30th when he was approached by a man asking for directions.
The suspect then grabbed the victim, threw him to the ground, demanded he hand over his wallet and ran.
The thief is described as a black male, mid to late 20's, about 6 feet tall, with black hair.
The victim reported that the suspect was with another individual who watched from a distance.
The stolen wallet was later discovered in the 300 block of West Market Street.
