Federal, state and local law enforcement searched without success Tuesday in the Abingtons for a man wanted for threatening President Donald Trump and others in social media posts last month.
According to the Republican Herald, nearly 50 federal, state and local law enforcement officers combed through half-mile by half-mile sections of woods behind the Scranton School for 27 year old Shawn Christy, after video cameras caught someone Friday night who “strongly resembles” Christy, breaking into the South Abington Township school and stealing food.
A $5,000 reward for information remains active. Authorities still believe he is in the area and is considered armed and dangerous.
