Called Part A, the 900-foot long, six-foot wide section of wheelchair-accessible trail accented with benches and decorative wooden entry gates cost $600,000.
Part B, of the project is expected to be completed in 2016 and will include an upgrade of the native plant collection, entrance to the Visitor Center and the continuation of the Accessible Trail.
