A Frackville man was charged over the weekend with killing his father at the home they shared in the borough earlier this year.
24 year old Tyler Jesse Swantek was arrested by Frackville Police Chief Richard Bell and charged with killing Todd Swantek between April 1 and May 24.
Tyler Swantek was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Christina E. Hale, Frackvllle, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison without bail. Bell charged Tyler Swantek with fatally injuring his father by shooting him in head with a high power pellet gun and then leaving the man on a couch for an extended period of time.
