A Hazleton man is accused of trying to deal methamphetamine.
According to authorities, Hazleton Police arrested 26-year-old David Reyes after officers were responding to a report of suspicious activity near 3rd Street and Emerald Court.
Reyes was spotted in the area and questioned by police who found about nine grams of meth on him.
Reyes is free on bail while awaiting a hearing scheduled for mid-July.
