A Northumberland County man has been locked up after being charged with sexual assault in Schuylkill County.
According to authorities, 27 year old Johnathan Rockwell Grove, has been jailed in Schuylkill County prison on rape charges stemming from allegations that he sexually assaulted a male child 5 or 6 times in Gilberton back in 2003.
Court documents show that Grove was taken into custody on Wednesday and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $50,000 bail and is waiting for a preliminary hearing on the charges against him.
