An Ashland man is facing charges after smashing his neighbor's car and home windows.
According to Skook News, Ashland Police were called to the 1500 block of Centre Street, Sunday, where they found 55 year old David Cooper shirtless and bleeding sitting on his porch.
Police say Cooper had an altercation with his neighbor earlier in the day, was intoxicated and took a hammer and smashed out the windows of his neighbor's house and car.
Cooper was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Plachko and committed to Schuylkill County Prison in lieu 10% of $25,000 bail.
