Embers reignited early Wednesday in the row homes that were the scene of a fatal fire Tuesday, in Northumberland County.
The fire, on N. Franklin St, in Shamokin, claimed the life of 23 year old Brea Scandal.
Firefighters were called out again Wednesday morning to extinguish flames that rekindled. The fire left at least 10 people displaced.
A state fire marshal was called in and the fire remains under investigation.
