Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers and the Branch-Reilly police are asking for the public’s help in identifying those responsible for a break-in and theft at a volunteer fire company earlier this month.
According to the Republican Herald, police said the crime occurred during the overnight hours Aug. 6 or 7 at Good Intent Fire Company, Llewellyn.
Authorities say someone broke in through an office window to the rear of the building and made off with about $1,000 cash along with various items.
Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information on those responsible for this crime or any other unsolved crime in Schuylkill County. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 877-TIPS4SC (877-847-7472) or Branch-Reilly police at 570-544-9580.
