A Lehigh Valley general contractor will sit in state prison, possibly for more than five years, after admitting recently to a Schuylkill County judge that he defrauded four customers in 2017.
According to the Republican Herald, 41 year old Donn M. Walck, of Schnecksville, pleaded guilty to four separate charges of theft by deception for the incidents in Frackville, Reilly Township and Shenandoah.
President Judge William E. Baldwin ruled he must serve 32 to 64 months in a state correctional institution.
