A McAdoo man is facing charges after fleeing police in North Union Township.
According to Skook News, State Police at Frackville filed charges against 38 year old Eric Matrishion for the July incident.
Police said Matrishion was operating a Suzuki ATV on Main Street in North Union Township when police initiated a traffic stop and Matrishion then fled the scene.
He will now have to answer to the charges in front of a District Magistrate.
