Four campers at Knoebels Amusement Resort were sent to the hospital after part of a tree fell on their campsite.
Authorities say strong winds were reported in that area around 4:30p.m., when the incident happened in the campground.
Officials at Knoebels were not aware of the ages or conditions of those campers, and said the campground remains open, but that section of the campground has been closed off.
Knoebels says Locust Township police are assisting in the investigation at the park along the Northumberland and Columbia County line.
