Schuylkill County law enforcement will be able to process suspects more easily, as the commissioners approved additional money for a new fingerprint machine.
According to the Republican Herald, just over $32,ooo will be transferred from the contingency fund to the department’s budget to cover most of the $37,750 cost of the new machine.
Director of Finance Paul E. Buber said the rest will come from the sheriff’s budget.
