Parts of Saint Clair were still without power as of early this morning.
According to the PPL Outage Center, a tripped breaker or blown fuse was responsible for customers losing electricity.
The outage included the Saint Clair area, along with the Coal Creek Commerce Center.
Authorities say the problem is with PPL and not with the Saint Clair electrical distribution system.
PPL was called on scene to work on the problem.
