Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane announced the arrest of a Pottsville man, Monday, on charges related to inappropriate communication, with two girls, who he thought were minors.
51 year old Luke John Zelinsky was arrested after allegedly using the Internet to set up a sexual encounter with persons he believed to be a mother and her two young daughters, ages 13 and 9.
According to a criminal complaint, an undercover agent responded to the advertisement posing as a 39-year-old female with two daughters and a meeting was set at a location in Pottsville, where Zelinsky was arrested on July 25.
Zelinsky posted bond following a preliminary arraignment. He is tentatively scheduled to appear Aug. 4 for a preliminary hearing and will be prosecuted by Deputy Attorney General Rebecca Elo of the Child Predator Section.
