An electrical problem is being blamed for a fire that claimed the life of a young woman in Northumberland County, last week.
Investigators determined Tuesday’s deadly fire started in the wall of a row home along North Franklin Street, in Shamokin.
23 year old Bree Scandle, did not make it out.
Several other row homes were destroyed in the fire which has been ruled accidental.
