Hazleton Police arrested an employee of the Luzerne County Public Assistance Office, on drug charges.
21 year old Ghislane Astacio was arrested Tuesday at her place of employment, in downtown Hazleton after authorities say she delivered 30 grams of raw heroin.
Police said this investigation began in March of this year. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 28 before the Magistrate Joseph D Zola.
Her husband Royal Astactio was also arrested after delivering large amounts of heroin and methamphetamine.
