Schuylkill County Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court Theresa Santai-Gaffney said that new Orphans’ Court rules will go into effect today.
According to the Republican Herald, Gaffney emphasized that, as of today, all forms used in the Orphans’ Court have been revised by the Orphans Court of Pennsylvania Rules Committee and must be approved by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
She said that all required forms will be available at her office on the courthouse’s first floor and the Schuylkill County Law Library on the courthouse’s fourth floor.
They also are available at the state Unified Judicial System’s website at www.pacourts.us/forms/for-the-public/orphans-court-forms.
