As water levels continue to rise, so do concerns in Tremont and surrounding communities who have already suffered major flood damage after the last few rounds of rainfall.
Residents are bracing themselves for what's ahead with the remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon hitting the region.
Tremont mayor, Rick Ney Jr. has already declared a state of emergency for Tremont and residents are doing their best to prepare, lining the outside of their homes with boards and sandbags.
For now, residents say they are hoping for the best, but at this point, are preparing for the worst.
