Two Shenandoah men are locked up in Northumberland County Prison after an incident in Northumberland County.
According to Skook News, Kulpmont Police said 35 year old Nicholas Mosher and 36 year old Christopher Weston have been charged with Possession with intent to deliver (Methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident Tuesday in the 900 Block of Scott Street in the borough.
Both were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Cole and locked up in Northumberland County Prison on $40,000 cash bail.
