A Veterans Clinic is set to open in Schuylkill County. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Lebanon VA Medical Center has awarded a new contract for a contractor-owned and -operated community clinic within Schuylkill County to STG International, Inc.
The new Pottsville-based Schuylkill County Community Clinic will provide a full range of onsite primary care and telehealth services for Veterans.
The contract for existing Schuylkill clinic operations in Pottsville and Frackville is set to end Jan. 31, 2018 and Veterans are slated to transition to the new facility for appointments beginning Feb. 1.
All medical records will be transferred to the new location and no other change or interruption in medical services will occur.
The new clinic will be located at 1410 Laurel Blvd., Pottsville.
