Former Dean busted...
The former dean of students at Nativity BVM High School was arrested Thursday at his Norwegian Township home and jailed on drug charges.
According to the Republican Herald, the arrest was the result of a search and seizure warrant executed just before 9 a.m. at the 203 Walnut St. home of 32 year old Paul Norbert Noon.
The search warrant was obtained Wednesday from on-call Magisterial District Judge Christina E. Hale, Frackville.
Noon was arraigned Thursday afternoon by Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko, Port Carbon, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post 10 percent of $10,000 bail.
