by News Department on 07/08/15U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright announced Monday that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded a supplementary grant worth $2,948,886.00 to Child Development, Inc.
The organization is dedicated to providing families in Schuylkill County with comprehensive early childhood education programs that focus on family involvement and supportive service.
Cartwright said the funds will be used to aid Schuylkill County’s Head Start program.
