A standoff in Schuylkill County finally ended peacefully Wednesday evening.
State Police were called to the Lake Wynonah gated community Wednesday afternoon after they say a man pulled a gun on a woman.
State Police said 55-year-old Terry Short is accused of pulling a pistol on the 63-year-old female victim and forcing her inside the house.
The State Police Special Emergency Response Team was able to take Short into custody without incident.
According to court paperwork, Short is expected to face numerous charges, including burglary, robbery, and aggravated assault.
First responders left the property after clearing the scene around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
