Two executives of a company that recycles waste oil and other substances, in Carbon County, entered pleas in connection with an investigation that started back in 2012.
Former employees of Hazleton Oil and Environmental, near McAdoo, accused the company of dumping and burying contaminated soil, storing hazardous waste, and dumping anti-freeze into the sewer system.
State environmental officials began investigating and on Tuesday, John Clemens and his son Daniel Clemens both plead guilty to multiple charges in the case.
