Rush Township Police executed an arrested warrant, Tuesday and apprehended a fugitive wanted in Schuylkill and Luzerne Counties.

 According to Skook News, 23 year old Pedro Crespo was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer on the warrant charges, then he was arraigned by Luzerne County Magisterial District Judge Zola, and committed to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.00 cash bail for drug charges filed by the Hazleton Police Department Narcotics Division.

The apprehension was made possible by collaboration with the Narcotics and Patrol Divisions of the Hazleton Police Department for violations stemming from a 2015 offense.
